TOKS XVI will take place at Department of Chemistry, Aarhus University, Langelandsgade 140, building 1510.
Lectures and talks will be given Auditorium I in building 1510, 2. floor, and posters will be presented in Auditorium VI in building 1510, 2. floor. The venue is access-friendly to disabled guests.
You can reach the venue by buses 16 and 2A. You can find your way using Rejseplanen with ‘Aarhus Universitet. Kemisk Institut’ as destination.
Cabinn has pre-reserved a number of ‘Economy’ and ‘Commodore’ rooms for TOKS participants, which can be booked by writing an email to email@example.com referring to the code ‘Block ID: 131214’. Unfortunately, no discount is given, so feel free to book other room-types or other hostels as you prefer.

It’s the perfect place for you to present your own research as a student – because you’ll be showing it to fellow students in an open and friendly atmosphere. It’s fun and good practice, and we are certain that YOUR work is awesome! Sign up for oral presentation and/or poster presentation when you register!

Registration, Participation fee and Payment
The participation fee is 350 DKK per person and is paid by credit card or EAN upon registration. Due to limited space in the auditorium a maximum of 180 persons can sign up for the event. Due to extra space we have moved the registration deadline to the 10th of October.

We strongly encourage all TOKS XVI participants to join Kemisk Forening/The Danish Chemical Society and get one year of free membership – you will get this automatically when you sign up! Kemisk Forening/The Danish Chemical Society donates 100 kr. to TOKS pr. new member. You apply for membership here.
Remember that TOKS is full of fellow students as well as academics and industrial chemists from all of Denmark. So, it’s a great opportunity to meet new people and ask questions. Go ahead and meet new friends and connections during the lectures, coffee breaks, dinner, friday night party, etc…
